The key executive program includes:
Five full-day learning events throughout the year, facilitated by expert leadership trainers with keynote speakers and expert panelists.

How do I get the most out of the Executive program?
You will get as much out of this program as you put in. You are accountable for your own learning and business growth.
The best way to get there is by fully participating in the training days, learning events and implementing best practice in your business. We provide you with the education, structure and support networks; your drive and commitment are what will bring you success.
What happens if I can’t attend a learning day?
If your membership in KEP corresponds with a full EO membership arrangements can be made for you to attend training in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. As per the Sydney training days participants cover their own transport and accommodation expenses.
If you are a non-EO KEP participant you are only eligible to attend training days in Sydney.
What happens if I can’t attend a monthly group meeting?
Every Key Executive Forum has its own rules in regard to attendance. Please ask your forum moderator for a copy of the group rules. Generally, if you can’t attend a monthly meeting it is up to you to reschedule the meeting to a time that is suitable for all other members.
How are forum moderators and Executive groups assigned?
At the beginning of each financial year from July 1st there will be a change in forum moderators and groups. Global best practice is to rotate groups every 6 months. Your group may or may not have new members joining throughout the year. Each year experienced EO members generously volunteer their time to moderate the executive forum groups.
How long can I participate in the Executive Program?
You are welcome to participate in the Executive program indefinitely provided you are either attached to an EO member, or you have a corporate (non EO) membership.
Many KEP members hold a deep sense of connection and belonging with their fellow forum members and remain in the program for many years.
How do I engage with the Executive & Accelerator Community?
Our private WhatsApp groups are a great way to engage with the community and keep up to date with the latest program news. Please feel free to experience share, or ask questions across these platforms.
How do I access the wider EO network if I have questions or want to be connected?
EO members and experts attend the Accelerator & Executive learning events which is a great opportunity for you to broaden your networks and connect. If you have a specific interest, ask your Forum Moderator who has access to the wider EO Sydney community and beyond.
What happens if my employment changes while in the Key Executive Program?
EO welcomes and supports key executives wherever you are on your career journey. If you happen to leave employment or switch employers you may remain in the program. If your KEP membership is attached to an EO Sydney member and you’d like to remain in the program you will need to switch to a corporate membership and pay the difference.
