Strong governance underpins everything we do at EO Sydney. Our Constitution and Bylaws provide the framework for how our Chapter operates, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment with EO Global standards. By maintaining robust governance practices, we protect the interests of our members, support transparent decision-making, and create a strong foundation for long-term success.

Constitution

The EO Sydney Constitution is the foundation of how we operate as a Chapter. It sets out the framework for our governance, decision-making, and member responsibilities, ensuring we remain aligned with EO Global standards. By keeping our Constitution current, we strengthen accountability, protect the interests of our members, and support the long-term growth and success of our community.

Bylaws

The EO Sydney Bylaws are a guide document for the Chapter's operations, in line with the Constitution. The Bylaws help clarify the Constitution and provides the deeper content to guide its implementation based on the intent. The Bylaws are your first point of reference for questions on membership, forums, dues, or governance. They are a living document, amendments can be made by a two-thirds Board vote. Your feedback is encouraged.
