  • Moderate/coach monthly accountability/forum meetings : 3 hours per month 
  • Attend quarterly learning days (based on Verne Harnish's Scaling Up), hosted by a professional trainer. These are free for EO'ers coaching in the Program, and have a retail value in excess of $3000 per day.
